  • Welcome to the Premier's Department NSW Events Hub. This site is for NSW Government agencies, landowners and event organisers to share information, coordinate services and deliver major events safely and successfully.

    • The Events Hub website is managed by the Premier's Department Government Coordination, Major Events team in accordance with NSW Premier's Department's Privacy Statement, which is accessible on the Department's website.

      The contact details you provide in registering for the Events Hub are collected for event planning and coordination purposes only. Information stored on this site is protected by appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access or misuse.

      Your details may be used by us to invite you to meetings related to event planning, to request event documentation or contacts, and to share event or meeting documentation. You may additionally receive no-reply emails from the site advising you that actions you have undertaken on the site have been accepted, such as adding a calendar event.

      Your contact details are visible to other approved site users for the purpose of facilitating coordinated event planning. You can update your contact details at any time by visiting your profile. The site will additionally annually send you an email requesting you check your contact details are still up to date. Your contact details that are visible to all other approved site users are your first and last name, photo (uploaded by you), organisation, phone, mobile and email, job title, Indigo training status and training date, event role (if applicable) and notes (added by you if you'd like to provide further information on your role, projects or employment period, if temporary). Only your first and last name and email are mandatory information fields for use of the Events Hub website.

      Should you wish to remove yourself from the site, you may do so at any time by contacting EventPlanning@premiersdepartment.nsw.gov.au.

      The information contained on the website, including event documentation, meeting documentation, event calendar and contacts are provided for event planning purposes only. Any information that you upload to the site is to be provided for agreed event planning purposes only. All information is confidential and not to be shared with external parties who are not approved site users. Any contact details obtained by you using the site are to be used for event planning purposes only and are not to be retained.

      In this privacy policy, "event planning" refers only to events which are listed on the Events Hub website.

      In using the Events Hub, you agree to the below.

      1. That the personal information I provide can be used for event planning purposes by the Premier's Department and other site users. The Premier's Department can disclose my personal information to other approved site users for that purpose.
      2. That I will treat all personal and event information contained within the site as confidential, use it only for event planning purposes and not share externally with persons who are not approved site users.
      3. That I consent to and will comply with the privacy policy applicable to the Events Hub.

  • The NSW Events Hub plays a critical role in the successful organisation of state wide events. Designed by the Partnerships and Engagement (P&E) team within the Premier's Department, this site captures essential event information across whole of government. P&E provides leadership for numerous major events across NSW and acts as the conduit between agencies and event organisers to assist in coordination and delivery. P&E also develops government strategy and coordinates government support for operational, marketing and communication initiatives.
